Annette
Annette is a freelance Interior Designer, who ran a Coffee Shop on a local working farm in Cambridgeshire for the past 4 years, but due to moving, wants to expand and re-locate the business to Upminster where she is now living.
She is married to a Vicar, Kevin, who is part of a large church in Cranham and has four children who are all very supportive of this venture.
Fiona
Fiona is a trained chef who has run her own catering business for a number of years while working for the local NHS. She has recently qualified to become an adult tutor and is using this to teach cookery in the community locally.
Fiona has lived at Stubbers Adventure Centre for 13 years with her husband Bob and three children.
She is also Group Organiser for the local Coeliac UK group and intends to provide gluten and wheat free options daily on the menus.
